We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.

We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs, such as cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept financing options through CareCredit to help with any out-of-pocket expenses.

If you have any questions about financing or payment, please ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.

We are in-network/a preferred provider for United Concordia, MetLife, Delta Dental, Guardian and Aetna insurance plans.

As a service to our patients, we will file your insurance claims on your behalf. We allow insurance companies 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full.
